2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ (Data We Collect)

เราเก็บข้อมูลต่อไปนี้เพื่อให้บริการ Hippogram:

• ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ (Account information): ชื่อ อีเมล และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์จากบัญชี Google ที่คุณใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ รวมถึงข้อมูลร้านค้าที่คุณสร้างในระบบ
• คีย์ ZORT API (ZORT API keys): คีย์เชื่อมต่อที่คุณให้เพื่อดึงข้อมูลจากระบบ ZORT ของร้านค้าคุณ เราเก็บรักษาคีย์นี้เพื่อการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลโดยเฉพาะ ทั้งคีย์และรหัสลับ (secret) จะถูกเข้ารหัสด้วย AES-256 ก่อนจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลของเรา และระบบไม่เก็บหรือบันทึกค่าคีย์เหล่านี้ในรูปแบบข้อความธรรมดา

To provide Hippogram we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile details from the Google account you use to sign in, plus the stores you create in the system.
• ZORT API keys: the connection credentials you provide so we can retrieve data from your store’s ZORT system. We store these keys solely to establish that data connection. Both the key and the secret are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in our database, and the system does not retain or log them in plaintext.
• Sales, order and inventory data: your store’s business data retrieved from ZORT — such as sales records, orders, products, and stock levels — used to build your analytics reports and dashboards.

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล (Purposes of Processing)

เราใช้ข้อมูลข้างต้นเพื่อ:

We use the data above to:

• Provide your analytics dashboards and reports, including connecting to and syncing data from ZORT.
• Operate and support your account.
• Maintain the stability, security, and quality of the service.
• Send service-related communications, such as system notifications.

We do not sell your business data to third parties and do not use your store’s data for purposes other than providing the service to you.

4. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล (Retention)

เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของคุณตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ เพื่อให้บริการตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น เมื่อคุณขอลบข้อมูลหรือยุติการใช้บริการ เราจะลบข้อมูลของคุณตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุในหัวข้อการลบข้อมูล หากมีกฎหมายบังคับให้เก็บรักษาข้อมูลบางส่วนไว้ (เช่น หลักฐานทางบัญชี) เราจะเก็บรักษาเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, in order to provide the service for the purposes described above. When you request deletion or stop using the service, we delete your data as described in the deletion section below. Where the law requires us to keep certain records (e.g. accounting evidence), we retain only what the law requires.

5. สิทธิในการขอลบข้อมูล (Right to Deletion)

คุณสามารถขอให้เราลบข้อมูลบัญชี ข้อมูลธุรกิจ และคีย์ ZORT API ของคุณได้ตลอดเวลา โดยส่งอีเมลมาที่ privacy@hippogram.app จากอีเมลที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนบัญชี เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลให้แล้วแจ้งผลให้คุณทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด และไม่เกิน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ

You may request deletion of your account, business data, and ZORT API keys at any time by emailing privacy@hippogram.app from the email address registered to your account. We will delete your data and confirm the result as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from receiving your request.
