ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

1. บริการช่วง Closed Beta (Closed Beta Availability)

Hippogram อยู่ในช่วงทดสอบแบบปิด (Closed Beta) การเข้าถึงบริการเปิดให้เฉพาะผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับการลงทะเบียน (whitelisted) ผ่านช่องทางที่เรากำหนดเท่านั้น เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับหรือไม่รับผู้ใช้เข้าทดสอบ รวมถึงการเปิดหรือปิดการรับสมัครในช่วงใดช่วงหนึ่ง

Hippogram is currently in closed beta. Access is available only to whitelisted users registered through channels we designate. We reserve the right to accept or decline beta participants, and to open or close registrations at any time.

2. ค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างช่วงทดสอบ (No Charge During Beta)

ในช่วง Closed Beta คุณสามารถใช้บริการได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เราอาจเริ่มเก็บค่าบริการในอนาคตเมื่อออกจากช่วงทดสอบ แต่จะแจ้งให้คุณทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนมีการเรียกเก็บเงินจริง คุณจึงสามารถเลือกยุติการใช้งานได้ก่อนที่จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการ

During the closed beta, the service is provided free of charge. We may introduce fees after the beta ends, but we will notify you at least 30 days in advance before any billing begins, so you can choose to stop using the service beforehand.

Your ZORT connection and business data are handled according to our privacy policy. In summary:

• We store your account information, ZORT API keys, and sales/order/inventory data retrieved from your store’s ZORT system.
• We use this data only to provide the service to you; we do not sell it to third parties.
• You may request full deletion at any time via privacy@hippogram.app.

4. การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน (Disclaimer of Warranties)

บริการในช่วง Closed Beta จัดให้ในสภาพ “ดังที่เป็น” (as is) เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์การทดสอบ เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด ไม่มีช่วงเวลาขัดข้อง หรือมีความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของรายงาน คุณควรใช้วิจารณญาณและยังคงรักษาสำเนาข้อมูลธุรกิจของคุณไว้ในระบบของคุณเอง เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายโดยตรง โดยอ้อม หรือค่าเสียโอกาสที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการในช่วงทดสอบ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

The service during the closed beta is provided “as is” for testing purposes. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reports will be entirely accurate. Please exercise judgment and keep your own copies of your business data in your own systems. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or lost opportunities arising from use of the service during the beta.

5. การยกเลิกและการสิ้นสุดการใช้งาน (Termination)

• โดยคุณ: คุณสามารถยุติการใช้บริการและขอลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลได้ตลอดเวลา โดยแจ้งผ่าน privacy@hippogram.app
• โดยเรา: เราอาจระงับหรือสิ้นสุดการเข้าถึงของผู้ใช้ในช่วงทดสอบได้ เช่น เมื่อมีการใช้งานในลักษณะที่กระทบความมั่นคงหรือความปลอดภัยของระบบ หรือเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการทดสอบ เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบล่วงหน้าเมื่อเป็นไปได้ ยกเว้นกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องระงับทันทีเพื่อความปลอดภัย

• By you: you may stop using the service and request account and data deletion at any time by notifying privacy@hippogram.app.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate a beta participant’s access — for example, where usage affects the stability or security of the system, or when the beta program ends. We will give advance notice where practicable, except where immediate suspension is required for security.
